Your wise decision to purchase a home backed by the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program means you can have confidence in the workmanship, systems, and structural aspects of your new home; e.g., 1 year on Workmanship, 2 Years on Systems, and 10 Years on Structural.

The builder's warranty obligations are clearly defined in writing and backed by the warranty insurer arranged by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. Your home will be enrolled in the program at the date of closing. You will receive a Certificate of Warranty with your builder's name on it in the mail. The builder provides the warranty and 2-10 HBW arranges the insurance backing for the builder's warranty.

Your first step is to register your 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty online to make any future warranty claims easy to initiate and easy to check on the status of any claim.
