• Choose a Landmark 24 master planned community that fits your lifestyle. It's an enjoyable adventure, as each community offers a unique location, exciting amenities, and great neighbors. Browse our website or take a weekend to visit our "lifestyle communities" in your target area to see which one most closely matches how you live, work, and play.
• Determine your financing, if needed. Our mortgage partner, Alliance Mortgage, is ready to help you create a favorable mortgage package customized to your particular needs.
• Select the JCW Quality Home plan that's perfect for your family. It might be more difficult than you imagined as we have many collections of floor plans designed around how families live today. Two stories, one level, single family homes, or townhomes - all with JCW's guarantee of quality.
• Meet our Customer Care Team who will guide you through the construction process of your dream home. When your new home is completed, you will have a Closing Coordinator, Helen Anderson, to ensure that the closing runs smoothly. After you move in, Roenia Williams, our Warranty Specialist will be available to answer any questions you have and resolve any minor issue typically found in a new home. Your new home is backed by the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty program.
• Imagine your new lifestyle, the most exciting aspect of building a new home. Decisions must be made on colors, carpeting and flooring, light fixtures, appliances, and countless more. Where will these be made? We invite you to use the services of our Landmark 24 Design Gallery. Decisions will be easier for you  with the help of Traci Alexander, our design specialist, who will assist you in creating a beautifully-styled home with your personal touch.
• Maintain your new home by following the Basic Guidelines provided by your 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty package. We have provided online access to these Basic Guidelines on our Home Warranty page. We encourage you to read them and print out a copy for quick reference.
• Refer family and friends and pick your neighbors.
